Director, Construction & Development
Jack is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with 11 years of experience spanning property, development, and construction. As Managing Director of NJ Contracts Ltd, he has successfully delivered over £100 million in projects – from large-scale PBSA and BTR schemes to high-yield HMOs and turnkey commercial-to-residential conversions.
Jack brings unrivalled precision when it comes to costings, refurbishments, and build execution. His hands-on leadership ensures every project is delivered to exacting standards, on time and on budget. Completion
On completion, the remainder of the balance is paid via cash or mortgage. APG are able to assist with your completion and alongside your solicitor you will be able to collect your keys in person or via your agent so your tenant can move in. Completion is a time in which you can expect to start reaping the rewards with your rental returns.
